Our Support Options
Unlimited Telephone Support
A survey of our clients and the industry is showing that clients want support with the expensive
software they purchase. Surveys also show clients are tired of being charged every time they have a problem with the software.
CAD Concepts, Inc. has always felt a client using complex design software needs continued support. We have done hundreds of software implementations and one of the key ingredients of a
successful implementation was the continuous support of the Reseller selling the software.
We have tried to sell software for less by removing the support (against our better judgment)
and found that it does not benefit the client and his success with the software. It forces them to purchase support separately or pay as they need help.
Many times we found that the funds were not available to purchase support after the software
was purchased, and the person having the problem did not have access to a credit card to pay for support. It made their job harder, frustrating and they lost valuable time and productivity.
CAD Concepts, Inc. wants our clients to be successful using the software they purchase from us.
Therefore, we are returning to offering UNLIMITED telephone support to be sure you are successful with the software and have a pleasant experience working with CAD Concepts, Inc.
Our UNLIMITED support is not just for 30 days it's not for 90 days, not even for 1 year. We are offering support as long as you are a client of CAD Concepts Inc. we will provide you with
UNLIMITED telephone support.
We want to work with you to be sure you are successful using the software tools we sell you.
This is not meant as a substitute for training, if your questions are better handled by classroom training we will advise you of this when you call in. Usually questions starting with 'How do
I?" will usual be questions better left for a training class.
This support is meant to provide you with someone to call with technical issues surrounding your software installation.
Paying for Support
For those clients who have not done business with CAD Concepts, Inc. and would like telephone support we have developed several affordable telephone support options.
Pay "Per Incident"
This plan offers experienced users the ability to call in only when they have a specific problem they can't seem to resolve on their own. Payment is required at the time the call is placed.
A Please have your VISA, MasterCard or American Express Credit Card available. Cost: $65.00 per incident
"Yearly" Telephone Support Retainer
When you have a number of CAD stations and users with different experience levels or applications which require continued support, this option offers the ability to call in as soon as the problem
arises. You don't have to wait for budgetary approval.
"On-Site" Support
$125.00/hour, minimum 2 hours ( $50.00 service call charge for less than 4 hours) .
"On-Site" Training
$ 500.00 Per 1/2 day for up to 4 people, $100.00 for each additional person. $ Includes computer & projector.
Telephone and On-Site Support is not meant to replace training.
