Creating Accurate CAD PDF Files

If you have ever wanted to send a drawing to a client but you did not want to send a file that can be reused or modified. Now you can!

Bluebeam has developed software that adds into the AutoCAD® or AutoCAD LT® and lets you save the file in the Adobe 'PDF' format.

No other 'PDF' creator has been developed for the CAD market. When you compare the 'PDF' created with Bluebeam vs the one created by Adobe you can clearly see a that the Bluebeam software has been developed for the CAD industry.

Working with PDF Files

With the ability to create PDF files from CAD drawings it seems that everyone is sending them in place of drawing files.

Many users need information contained in the PDF file and are struggling to get it out. I have seen clients print out a stack of PDF files and using rulers and other measuring devices do take-offs so they can submit their job quotation or to make comments on the data in the PDF file.

This not only wastes money on paper and ink in doesn't produce accurate measurementsand takes hours to complete.
